A business services brochure made for the large Funeral Home Dölker in Germany. The business had invested significantly into a brand new Funeral Centre that can house several services and uses and planned to promote region wide.

In combination with professional photography by Patricia Kuehfuss the brochure had to match the modern, clean look of the centre and business.

THE PROCESS

Clean lines, angles and light colour variation blocks help pull all the images and information together.

Matching images so that colours blend well, the context is matched and that variety and interest is kept alive was the main goal with the images.

Then, a cool clean light grey background works as a counterbalance to the bold photographs and a simple classic typeface bring the conservative side back as it is a funeral home brochure.

THE RESULTS

The brochure is printed on solid matte heavier stock to enhance the high quality look that the whole brochure is based on.

Bestattungshaus Doelker reported very positive feedback by their existing and potential clients and has since hired me for additional smaller leaflets (see below).
